Hmmmnnn…..Well that’s not really true…when a bomb goes off accidentally then it kills….or if a bomb is designed to have artificial intelligence, then it could also have the ability to potentially kill if it had the desire to do so…..hmmnnnnn……Mind Boggling Topics!
